For the CBA grades this six weeks, the test counted for two majors grades, with the second grade counting as the curve. In the future, when we have more major grades in the grading period, the CBA grade breakdown will look like this (as I mentioned before, getting 50% or more of the AP style MC questions right is the goal so a 50 would be "passing" with a 70):
95-100 = 100%
86-94 = 95%
78-85 = 90%
70-77 =89%
65-69 = 85%
61-64 = 80%
55-60 = 79%
51-54 = 75%
47-50 = 70%
The first group of scores would have you on pace for a 5 on the AP exam, assuming your essays were solid. The second group would have you on par for a 4 and, you guessed it, the third group gets you well on your way to a 3.
